Job summary

Hardwood Giant in London, Ontario is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, unload, and organize flooring products and prepare orders for shipment or pickup.

Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in London, ON. This position is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing flooring products, as well as packing and preparing orders for shipment or customer pickup. The Warehouse Associate will safely operate material handling equipment, maintain a clean and orderly warehouse, and assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. This role may include supporting the sales floor by locating products, staging orders, and ensuring accurate, on-time deliveries. The position requires consistent attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving tasks, including verifying deliveries and maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to perform Packing and Unloading duties efficiently and safely.
• Proficiency in Forklift Operation and use of a Pallet Jack or other material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic math skills for inventory handling.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle flooring products and materials throughout the workday.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse or retail flooring experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
