Randstad Canada in Milton, Ontario, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound logistics and accurate order fulfillment. You will log materials, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts, and maintain inventory with cycle counts while keeping a clean, safe warehouse.
On-site onboarding and training are provided. Shift is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $22.50 per hour.
This Warehouse Associate position is situated in the heart of the Milton distribution sector. Working for an industry leader, the chosen candidate will become an integral part of a dynamic team focused on optimizing warehouse operations and material handling efficiency. In this role, your primary objective will be to support the manufacturing & logistics ecosystem by managing the inbound flow of goods, processing incoming customer equipment, and ensuring accurate order picking, packing, and fulfillment.
As a vital Warehouse Associate, you will utilize your material handling skills to maintain rigorous inventory accuracy while safely operating material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Your expertise in manufacturing & logistics operations ensures that warehouse spaces stay clean, compliant, and optimized for maximum productivity.
Please note that this position operates in a professional, locally focused environment. Since this role is located in Milton, Ontario, the primary language of daily business operation is English. There are no mandatory bilingualism or French-language requirements for this specific opening, but excellent, positive daily verbal and written communication within the team is highly prioritized to maintain workspace safety and coordination.
