Job summary

Victoria's Secret in Canada is seeking a Supervisor who leads with values to deliver standout customer and associate experiences and to grow store top-line sales. This role reports to the Store Manager or Victoria’s Secret Manager and supports brand execution across visual, product storytelling, and selling behaviors.

The Supervisor coaches associates, manages daily tasks, and collaborates with leadership to maintain brand standards, scheduling, and floor coverage, with responsibilities scaling

Qualifications

• Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret brand business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness
• Identifies and escalates risks, gaps, and opportunities related to the customer and brand experience to ensure consistent execution
• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity

This role is accountable for brand and customer experience execution within the store. In higher complexity stores, accountability is shared with and guided by a Victoria’s Secret Manager. This role reports to the Store Manager or Victoria’s Secret Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Victoria’s Secret Supervisor ensures a strong customer and brand environment by supporting a store that delivers a compelling and consistent Victoria’s Secret brand experience. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Victoria’s Secret Supervisor is responsible for executing and maintaining:

• Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret brand business
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors that bring the brand to life
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Category-level execution aligned to brand priorities and direction
• Partners with Operations Leaders to ensure product availability and readiness

• Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity. In some locations, this role may take on broader responsibility for leading the business
