Victoria's Secret in Alberta seeks a Manager who leads customer and associate experiences to grow brand sales. This role provides direction and coaching to Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. Reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.

Responsibilities include translating brand direction into priorities, managing visuals, product storytelling, and using reports for category insights. The role involves leading teams, staffing, and performance management in a high-volume store.

Responsibilities

• Translate brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Lead product storytelling and selling behaviors while protecting the emotional tone of the customer experience
• Provide category-level performance insights using company tools and reports
• Maintain sales floor and fitting room standards
• Oversee talent lifecycle including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager
• Direct reports including Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• Lead performance and direction in higher volume or more complex environments
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling
• Coach and development of associates
• Execute Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams for seamless execution
• Lead and model behaviors linked to leadership competencies
• Demonstrate and lead company policy and procedures; floorset mapping, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Job description

A Victoria’s Secret & Co Manager is a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The Victoria’s Secret Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the Victoria’s Secret Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand’s guidance and objectives. Specifically, the Victoria’s Secret Manager owns:

• Visual execution within the Victoria’s Secret business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including Victoria’s Secret Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business
