Job summary

Victoria’s Secret in Halifax is seeking an Operations Supervisor—a values-based leader who supports execution and store readiness. You report to Store Manager or Assistant Manager and lead back-of-house standards, inventory accuracy, and safety.

You will oversee shipment, replenishment, and stock organization; maintain visual merchandising, safety and compliance; coach associates and model company policies; and adapt responsibilities to store size and business needs.
