Qualifications

10+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in pharma packaging, contract manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, or related industries.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by developing and executing a business development strategy.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Canada, the US, and international markets.
Build and maintain a diversified sales pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
Lead complex negotiations, proposals, RFQs, RFPs, and customer agreements.
Understand market trends and recommend new segments and offerings.
Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Quality, Market Growth, and Leadership teams.
