Plastic Staffing is partnering with a packaging leader to seek a Director of Sales for the Packaging Division. The role leads 4 account representatives and 3 customer service reps, shaping strategic sales plans and identifying growth opportunities in the plastics packaging market.

You will mentor the team, analyze market trends, and collaborate with marketing, production and finance to meet company targets. Travel as needed and drive customer-centric growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience in plastics/packaging (flexible, consumer, or food packaging).
• Proven track record leading and mentoring sales teams.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 4 account representatives and 3 customer service reps.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to hit growth targets.
