Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in supply chain or related field.
• 4-5 years of relevant industry experience in production planning, supply chain and/or logistics.
• Willingness to travel within North America and internationally.
• Knowledge of operational excellence tools and systems is preferred.
• Experience with ISO, HACCP, or similar quality programs is preferred.
• Pre-sales, proposal and RFP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics and freight activities with documentation.
• Lead weekly cross-functional meetings and maintain project records.
• Analyze KPIs and support long-term strategic planning.
• Develop proposals, market research and customer communications.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement strategies.
• Support sales with presentations and sample coordination.
• Ensure adherence to quality and manufacturing excellence programs.
