Alectra seeks a results-driven Vice President, Centralized Operations, to lead core grid operations, reliability, and safety across its centralized infrastructure. You will guide executive decisions, strategic plans, and performance initiatives that enhance customer service and asset performance.

In this hybrid role based in Ontario, you will collaborate with the executive team, manage critical programs, and drive innovation across utility operations while fostering inclusion and safety culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
PEO or OACETT in good standing preferred.
Graduate level education is an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for Centralized Operations, system control, substations, protection and control, reliability and smart grid.
Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electricity delivery; advance asset performance and customer service.
Lead change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and drive growth.
Oversee corporate emergency management coordination and stakeholder engagement.
