Alectra is seeking a strategic, collaborative Vice President of Centralized Operations to lead the electricity distribution system’s critical infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service. This role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and shapes enterprise-wide strategy while guiding complex operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma related to Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Registered member of PEO in good standing (preferred).
• Experience in strategic planning and leading organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic plan and priorities.
• Provide executive guidance on operational reliability and infrastructure matters.
• Oversee systems, protection & control, and grid operations.
• Ensure 24/7 readiness for outages and emergency operations.
• Drive performance against reliability and customer service objectives.
