• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience in benefits administration, group insurance, or TPA services.
• Proven success leading complex operational teams and service delivery functions.
• Strong knowledge of operational performance management and process improvement.
• Experience leveraging technology and data to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and elevate our client success function across the Benefit Solutions portfolio.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support growth and service excellence.
• Lead daily operational performance across benefits administration, claims administration, and customer service.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting to drive accountability and progress.
• Standardize operational practices and promote continuous improvement across teams.
• Partner with Technology and Product to enhance processes and delivery.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations organization.
