Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within Benefits Administration, Group Insurance, TPA or related environments.
• Proven success leading complex operational teams and service delivery functions.
• Data-informed decision making with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational performance across benefits administration, claims administration, and customer service.
• Develop and execute strategies, KPIs, and reporting to drive accountability and growth.
• Standardize practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
