Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; MBA or advanced designation considered an asset.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services with GTB, treasury, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Strategic advisory to Origination and Client Management on priorities and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop a four-person team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and learning.
• Build and maintain strong internal and client relationships to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Drive process improvements and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across GTB, technology, operations, and risk.
• Support governance, regulatory controls, and risk management across the business.
• Act as a treasury and banking SME, promoting TD GTB thought leadership and coaching junior staff.
