Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Transaction Banking, Commercial Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Treasury, Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, or related financial services discipline.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking products and services including cash management, liquidity solutions, deposits, and treasury management.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of GTB priorities and business initiatives with measurable client, revenue, deposit, and franchise outcomes.
• Develop actionable business plans across clients, products, markets and distribution channels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen GTB capabilities, deepen client relationships and expand transaction banking and deposit growth.
• Partner with Coverage teams, senior stakeholders, and clients to originate and advance opportunities across deposits, liquidity solutions, cash management, payments, and services.
• Act as a trusted advisor providing commercial, market, product, and pricing insights to support relationship growth.
• Develop and oversee portfolio analytics, client segmentation, pricing strategies, stress-testing methodologies, and performance reporting.
