Valtech is seeking a Senior Vice President, Strategy to lead and evolve our strategy practice across the Americas. You will advise senior client stakeholders, shape strategic pursuits, and build an AI-native strategy function that delivers measurable business impact.

You will thrive as a curious problem solver, collaborating with teams across brand, data, AI, and technology, and guiding strategic development from opportunities through client decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, or related advisory work.
• Proven success advising CMOs, marketing leaders, and executives on growth and transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with CIOs and tech leaders on investments and outcomes.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary pursuits from qualification through deal closure.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Advise executive client leaders, including CMOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Help clients navigate brand strategy, data, AI, and technology intersections.
• Develop and defend strategic points of view on personalization, data activation, AI, and growth.
• Connect brand differentiation with data-driven customer engagement strategies.
• Lead strategic pursuit narratives and guide proposal development and pursuit decisions.
• Build and scale a high-performing strategy team across the Americas.
