Job summary

Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Director to own the AI roadmap and strategy for the go-to-market organization across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partnerships. Lead with a data-driven approach to prioritize use cases, justify make-vs-buy decisions, and measure business impact with clear success criteria.

You will partner with RevOps and Legal/IT to ensure responsible AI governance, data security, and scalable adoption.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, GTM operations, or strategy roles.
• 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI solutions into production.

Responsibilities

• Define and own a multi-year GTM AI roadmap across Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Partnerships.
• Partner with RevOps and enablement to drive adoption with measurable KPI framework.
• Govern AI governance with Legal, Security, and IT including data residency and auditability.
• Lead a team of PMs and business analysts, coordinating with Eng, Data, and GTM Ops.
