Job summary

Appficiency Inc. is seeking a Vice President, AI & Multitech to lead a cross-platform technology practice spanning ERP, CRM, and AI. Build and coach a multi-technology team, shape regional strategy with Sales, and drive delivery efficiency across complex client engagements.

You will partner with Sales to align account plans, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and push AI-driven delivery improvements while ensuring scale and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services leadership, with 7–8 years in delivery roles.
• Experience leading multi-platform delivery across ERP, CRM, and AI.
• Ability to build and coach cross-functional teams.
• Strong business analytics and P&L fluency.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Degree in CS/IS/Engineering; relevant certifications welcomed.

• Establish team as unbiased, platform-agnostic technology leaders.
• Champion delivery excellence across AI and multitech engagements.
• Build, train, and coach multitech delivery teams across ERP, CRM, and AI.
• Shape team structure and capacity with regional sales strategy.

• Own long-term account strategy and drive growth with Sales.
