Job summary

March Networks Corporation is seeking a dynamic, data-driven Vice President of Professional Services to lead global post-sales offerings, including Professional Services, Technical Support, NOC, Cloud, Customer Success, Training, and Implementation.

The role reports to the CEO and oversees operating models, governance, and profitability, driving automation, analytics, and AI to improve adoption and outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive professional services or similar experience in software/SaaS.
• Five+ years in senior leadership overseeing global teams.
• Proven ability to scale service delivery and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year services strategy and operating roadmap.
• Define target operating model across Professional Services, Support, NOC, Cloud Operations, Customer Success, and Training.
• Embed AI, automation, and analytics into service motions.
• Ensure governance and SLAs across global programs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery and maintain gross margin.
