Job summary

Aviva Canada seeks a Senior Product Manager to own and transform Aviva’s AEM website ecosystem, including aviva.ca and Aviva Partner. You will build, ship, and materially change a core digital channel rather than just manage a backlog.

You will define strategy, partner with an external engineering vendor, and drive measurable improvements in engagement and sales, while leveraging AI to accelerate delivery. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience shipping product work and delivering results.
• Experience with AI-assisted content, experimentation, or analytics-driven optimization.
• Strong product judgment with ability to prioritize impact over completeness.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and deliver outcomes.
• Experience working with vendor delivery models (not fully embedded dev teams).
• Familiarity with AEM or similar content platforms and analytics ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for Aviva Partner and Aviva.ca.
• Lead delivery with an engineering vendor for complex builds.
• Ship work independently using AEM, AI tools, and existing platforms.
• Drive engagement, adoption, and sales impact across websites.
• Balance stakeholder demands with product-driven improvements.
• Create faster, AI-enabled workflows and simpler processes.
