Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Compliance, Risk, Governance, Technology, Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Compliance Technology, Innovation, Insight & Analytics.
• Lead transformational initiatives to enhance compliance effectiveness and risk management.
• Partner with senior leaders to align investments with strategic outcomes.
• Oversee compliance technology operations, platform enhancements, and release management.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort.
