PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

1. Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, the Volunteer Service Coordinator will maintain Volunteer Service coordination for the Agency and ensure that all volunteer services operate within Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services policies and procedures.
2. The Volunteer Services Coordinator will recruit, screen, select, and train all volunteers who meet Agency criteria.
3. The Volunteer Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and coordination of all volunteer programs within volunteer services. Additionally, the Volunteer Services Coordinator will develop, implement, and evaluate future volunteer programs for our Agency.
