GENREP LTD. is seeking a Service Coordinator to enhance the efficiency of the Service Technician team in North York. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and at least three years in an administrative role, ensuring high-quality customer service while managing technician schedules. This position supports the growth of the company and demands good communication with both clients and internal teams.
GENREP has been a provider of Power Product solutions to Canadian businesses since 1983. Starting as a Service organization focused on maintaining Emergency Standby Generators, we have grown to an organization that provides end to end Generator and Engine solutions.
Our experienced Service technicians are thoroughly trained on maintenance and repair for natural gas and diesel powered engines and generators, transfer switches, and fuel systems. Also in the field, we have a projects team that supports our customers’ needs for turnkey generator and fuel system installations. Our solutions are cost effective and leverage our field experience to ensure our customers receive a solution that works.
Genrep is positioned for significant growth, and we are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organized Service Coordinator to manage and plan the work schedules of our Service Technician team. The main objective of the Service Coordinator / Dispatcher will be to maximize revenue by fully utilizing and scheduling our Service Technician fleet, while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority.

Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30 am – 4 : 00 pm
