This role ensures reliable operation of PBX, call centers, and UC platforms, with duties including configuration, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and upgrades in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a VoIP Systems Administrator or in a similar role managing UC platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, H.323, and RTP.
• Experience with PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco CallManager) and unified communications platforms.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and maintain the company's VoIP systems, including PBX, softphones, and gateways.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voice quality, call routing, and system availability.
• Configure new user accounts, extensions, and features as required.
• Implement system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements for VoIP infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain documentation for VoIP system configurations and procedures.
