Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in graphic design or marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Strong branding and luxury aesthetics understanding.
• Experience with CMS platforms and social media tools.
• Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills; motion graphics a plus.
• Ability to balance multiple requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of all visual content, ensuring brand alignment across platforms.
• Create marketing collateral across print and digital, including video content and photography.
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and agencies to maintain a refined aesthetic.
• Maintain the resort’s asset library with consistent identity across touchpoints.
• Design assets for digital campaigns, hotel websites, OTA listings, and paid ads.
• Support social media activations and campaigns with visuals.
• Prepare compelling presentations and collateral for internal and external stakeholders.
