Job summary

Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a Content Coordinator to communicate the brand through storytelling and audience engagement across digital and print channels.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will create engaging video and photo content, manage social media, assist with shoots, and support brand-aligned collateral.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, photography, videography or related role.
• Proven ability to create engaging video and photo content for digital platforms.
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to running the Fairmont Banff Springs social media accounts through content creation, posting and channel moderation.
• Capture, edit and produce polished visual assets including short-form video and photography.
• Plan and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand, campaign, and business objectives.
• Stay up to date on digital trends and emerging content formats.
• Assist with planning and execution of photo/video shoots including pre/postproduction.
• Support marketing events by capturing real-time content during activations, launches, and experiences.

Job Description

This Content Coordinator will help communicate the Fairmont Banff Springs brand through

compelling storytelling and audience engagement across digital and print channels.

Competitive Salary:

$54,000-$56,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include

• Contribute to running the Fairmont Banff Springs social media accounts through creative
• content creation, posting and channel moderation
• Conceptualize, plan, and pitch creative content ideas aligned with brand, campaign, and business objectives
• Capture, edit and produce polished visual assets including short-form video and photography
• Stay up to date on digital trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats
• Assist with the planning and execution of photo/video shoots including pre and postproduction
• Support marketing events by capturing real-time content during activations, launches, and experiences
• Contribute to strategic planning sessions with ideas and research
• F&B Menu Management
• Coordinate the design, updates, and production of all Food & Beverage menus (print)
• Ensure accuracy of menu content, including pricing, descriptions, spelling, and regulatory requirements
• Support in creating brand aligned collateral and presentations
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in content creation, photography, videography, or a related role
• Proven ability to create engaging video and photo content for digital platforms
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering on a diverse range of projects, often
• involving tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage priorities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance optimization
• Experience in digital marketing, communications or social media an asset
