Diamond Valley Custom Homes in Foothills County is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Manager to elevate our luxury residential brand. You will capture architectural details on-site, craft cinematic content, and manage our online channels to engage discerning homeowners, architects, and designers.

This role blends on-site shooting, storytelling, and strategic posting, with a hybrid schedule and travel to job sites across Foothills County.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing social media and creating content, ideally in luxury real estate or architecture.
Experience in mobile video production, composition, and editing with CapCut, Premiere or Lightroom.
Strong eye for architecture, lighting, and luxury lifestyle aesthetics.
Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site travel.
Excellent copywriting for high-end clients and B2B partners.

Responsibilities

On-site content capture at active construction sites and finished estates.
Create cinematic videos and photos for social channels (Reels, Shorts).
Collaborate with site teams to translate building techniques into visual stories.
Curate premium feeds across Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Plan monthly content calendar and engage with clients and designers.
Monitor engagement and adjust strategy; report performance.
