Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) is seeking a Fan Services attendant to deliver championship customer service to suite fans at Scotiabank Arena and BMO Field. Greet fans warmly, communicate professionally, and coordinate with staff to resolve issues during events.

Qualifications include Smart Serve certification, VIP hospitality experience a plus, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task during events.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans in a welcoming and friendly manner.
• Communicate positively and professionally with staff and fans.
• Monitor and control guest access to suites and assist with inquiries.
• Liaise with maintenance, housekeeping and F&B to resolve issues.
• Attend pre-event and post-event briefings and participate in events.
