Job summary

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) is hiring for a security role at our Toronto venues. The position focuses on delivering safe, friendly fan service and swift incident response across Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field, and related facilities.

You will work with a dedicated team to uphold our service standards and health & safety policies. You must be 18+, hold a Bill C-159 Security License, CPR/First-Aid, and Smart Serve, with flexibility to work day, evening, weekend and overnight

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159) is required.
• Previous experience in security is required.
• First-Aid/CPR training is required.
• Smart Serve certification is required.
• Familiarity with the City of Toronto and tourist attractions is an asset.
• Must be flexible to work shifts including weekdays 3:00pm, weekends, overnights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, diplomatic, and proactive fan service.
• Offer a friendly and informed response to service-related issues/inquiries.
• Report, evaluate, and follow up on all incidents.
• Assist in emergency situations, including evacuation and injury.
• Communicate positively and professionally with co-workers and fans.
• Ensure adherence to MLSE house policies and procedures.
• Perform other functions as required.
• Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
• Work in compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
• Adhere to MLSE service standards and policies.
