Ideal candidates have hospitality or event experience, enjoy working with high-profile guests, and thrive in fast-paced environments. Availability for 2026 home matches, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, guest services, premium service, or event operations.
• Experience working with VIP guests or premium clientele is an asset.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Premium Members and VIP guests with exceptional service throughout the event.
• Serve as the primary contact within Premium areas on match days.
• Provide guests with match day information and venue guidance.
