Canucks Sports & Entertainment in Vancouver is seeking a Premium Client Service Concierge to join the Hospitality team for events at Rogers Arena, including Canucks games, Warriors games, and concerts. You will deliver top-tier service to premium seating clients and guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival through departure.

The role requires strong guest relations, diplomacy, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations during events, with shifts starting as early as 4:00 PM

Qualifications

• Ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, guests and VIPs.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays during events.
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and stay flexible.

Position: Premium Client Service Concierge

Department: Hospitality

Reports To: Senior Manager, Suites and Catering; Concierge Supervisor (during events)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(Other duties may be assigned as required)

• Responsible for front line service to premium seating clients, their guests, and VIP’s including greeting, filling requests, and problem solving during events
• Monitor and control guest access to the exclusive suite levels while ensuring all guests are greeted upon arrival
• Promote personal guest relations and ensure clients receive a consistently high standard of service and quality
• Respond immediately to all incoming inquiries, suggestions, and concerns from guests and take initiative to create ‘wow’ moments for our clients
• Advise and immediately follow up with maintenance or housekeeping, of any reported problems or concerns
• Supply management with an activity report at the completion of each shift
• Supervise and maintain designated concierge station during scheduled event time
• Accept, upon rotation, additional event responsibilities, including Single Game Suite client concierge duties, liaising with partners (e.g. Ticket Centre, Impark, etc.), attending supervisors’ pre- and post-event briefings, and preparing a written report at the conclusion of the event

REQUIRED EXPERIENCEAND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Must be available to start shifts as early as 4:00pm
• Minimum three years’ customer service, hospitality, or client service related experience with a strong emphasis on an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction
• Must have the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, guests, clients and VIP’s
• Must be diplomatic, mature, people-oriented and professional
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required for events
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Supervisory skills and experience are an asset
• Must have directly related experience in a premium capacity
• If you are a non-Canadian resident, you must hold a valid work permit that expires no later than December 2025
