Job summary

Vancouver Whitecaps FC is seeking an experienced Account Executive, Premium Sales, to drive new business and nurture relationships with Members and Fans in Vancouver. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in sports, hospitality, entertainment, premium services, or a relationship-driven sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business, with demonstrated success in repeat and referral business.
• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sport Management, Hospitality, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or sales platforms; experience with Salesforce and/or Archtics is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong overall computer literacy.
• Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely customer and sales information within CRM and ticketing systems.
• Assist with and lead Sales & Service initiatives designed to increase fan engagement, generate revenue, strengthen retention, and build community around the Club.
• Engage with Members, Fans, and Guests on match days and at Club events to build relationships, promote Club initiatives, and identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver an exceptional experience at every interaction and consistently represent the Whitecaps FC brand in a professional and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including Partnerships, Marketing, Communications, Community, Soccer Development, and other Club teams, on cross-functional initiatives and larger Club projects.
• Foster reliable, responsive, and professional relationships with Members, Fans, Guests, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
