Job summary

Abbotsford Canucks are seeking a part-time Coordinator, Premium Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences for premium members and suites. You will manage pre-event food and beverage orders, coordinate communications, and provide administrative support to the hospitality team.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with premium members, ensuring accuracy of orders, and supporting event operations during game nights and special events in Abbotsford.

Qualifications

• At least two years of administrative experience.
• Proactive, self-starter with the ability to stay one step ahead.
• Professional temperament, including the ability to remain calm under difficult circumstances.
• Solid team player with a strong customer service focus.
• Superior organizational and administrative skills and a demonstrated attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong editing and proofing abilities, and the ability to deal effectively with individuals at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Help the premium team deliver a best-in-class fan experience within all premium level experiences.
• Assist with menu planning for each new hockey season; provide menu planning assistance for suite owners.
• Develop strong professional relationships with all Premium members and premium seating areas to meet standards of excellence and retain accounts.
• Follow up with suite holders on post-event related issues.
• Prepare and send out premium communication pre-event, event day, and post event.
• Answer suites phone line in a courteous and professional manner.
• Double-check all orders for accuracy and inputting of orders.
• Prepare the Suite Notes for each event and assist in preparing paperwork for games/events.
