Job summary

Live Nation Canada is seeking a guest services host to create a warm, inviting environment for guests at our Ontario venues. You will understand guest needs, guide guests to premium spaces, and help deliver memorable VIP experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates should have 2+ years of hospitality experience, familiarity with reservation systems (SevenRooms is a strong asset), and a friendly, professional demeanor. Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and inviting environment for all guests.
• Understand guest needs and guide guests to premium spaces.
• Assist in nightly sales and execution of VIP spaces.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of venue and event details to enhance guest experience.
• Lead guests to different areas in a personable and inclusive manner.
• Assist with event day operations in premium spaces.
• Read situations and intervene to help guests as needed.
• Accurately use and understand table management systems.
• Communicate guest-related information to internal stakeholders.
• Support opening or closing tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
