Fairmont Banff Springs is seeking a Rundle Bar Ambassador to greet guests, shape the guest experience, and maintain the room energy with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first and last contact for guests, delivering polished service in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Must have Pro-Serve Certification.
• Luxury restaurant/fine dining or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience as host/maître d/guest services is an asset.
• OpenTable experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, manage arrivals with confidence and professionalism, recognize returning guests and special occasions, and create personalized experiences reflecting Rundle Bar's luxury standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, build genuine connections, resolve concerns with empathy, celebrate moments, and surprise with Fairmont's Make Special Happen program.
• Oversee dining flow by maintaining visibility, coordinating seating, pacing, and smooth service with leadership and teams.
