CIBC is seeking a Vice-President, Client Analytics & Performance Management in Toronto to lead analytics and performance management across Capital Markets. You will oversee client analytics, financial reporting, and CRM data integration, transforming data into actionable insights to deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to translate strategy into robust analytics and governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, client analytics, performance management, and data integration within Capital Markets or a related environment.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, driving analytics transformation, and delivering business insights.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
• Deep understanding of CRM systems, data science, predictive modeling, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Client Analytics Capital Markets team, aligning analytics priorities with business objectives.
• Provide analysis and insight to support senior leadership in planning, client coverage decisions, and performance management.
• Translate business strategy into credible financial plans and multi-scenario performance reporting.
• Deliver accurate financial and management reporting to executives and improve report quality.
• Oversee client profitability tracking, ROI/ROE measurement, and capital recycling opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement CRM enhancements and validate analytics models.
