Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of work experience with demonstrated ability to drive business strategy from inception to implementation.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect).
• Strong analytical skills with coding and data visualization tools (SQL, Python, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence senior leadership.
