Job summary

CI Financial in Toronto is seeking a Manager, Business Insights & Analytics to transform advisor, client, portfolio, sales, and operational data into meaningful business intelligence that informs Wealth Advisory decisions.

You will lead reporting, dashboards, and analytics initiatives, partnering with Operations, Sales, Advisor Support, Technology, and leadership to drive data-driven decision making and support the evolution of the firm’s wealth platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, analytics, data management, or related roles.
• Direct experience within wealth management or financial services.
• Strong understanding of advisor, client, portfolio, and wealth management metrics.
• Experience in dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze advisor, client, portfolio, operational and sales data to identify trends and performance drivers.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools for leadership.
• Collaborate with Wealth Operations, Sales, Advisor Support, and Technology to deliver insights.
• Translate data findings into practical recommendations for decision-making.
• Support data governance and platform evolution efforts.
