Ganaraska Animal Clinic in Port Hope, Ontario, is seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join a friendly, patient-focused team. The role includes greeting clients, handling phone lines, and managing emails with a strong emphasis on service and efficiency.

Ganaraska Animal Clinic has been a trusted part of the Port Hope community and surrounding area for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team, offering an average of 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

We are looking for an individual who excels in providing exceptional customer service and is passionate about delivering outstanding care to both our clients and patients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to seamlessly multitask between in-person client interactions, managing multiple phone lines, and responding to emails in a fast-paced environment.
