Job summary

Vernon Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time client service representative/receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic. They should be flexible, capable of multitasking, and work well both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling on Ezyvet, handling emails, invoicing, and stocking shelves. In-person work with a clinic discount and uniform allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system.
• Schedule appointments on Ezyvet IT system.
• Place outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and bookings.
• Respond to and manage email correspondence.
• Invoicing/billing; create estimates and process payments.
• File documents electronically.
• Stock shelves; perform additional administrative duties.

• File documents electronically
• Stock shelves
• Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Type: Full time

Hourly rate: $19 - $20
