• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners.
• Assist clients with prescription refills and food orders.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Monitor appointment flow and assist with schedule management.
• Support administrative tasks and confidentiality compliance.
