King Animal Hospital in King City, Ontario, is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced, client-focused team. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments, and support veterinarians to ensure excellent care for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or similar client service environment required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, patients, and visitors in person or over the phone.
• Provide compassionate and professional support to clients in various emotional situations.
• Schedule appointments and manage communication through phone, email, and text.
• Work closely with veterinarians and RVTs to triage calls and relay information.
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and process payments accurately.
• Assist clients with insurance claims and financing information.
• Maintain accurate patient accounts and medical record documentation.
• Complete referral intake processes and support administrative workflows.
• Handle client concerns with professionalism, empathy, and tact.
