Job summary

Mainview Animal Hospital in Canada is seeking a hard working, motivated team member to join our busy small animal practice offering consultations, grooming, daycare, boarding and surgeries. This is a permanent position, full-time or part-time, with some weekends and holidays as discussed.

You will greet clients, assist with appointments and payments, support veterinarians, maintain patient records, and help keep the hospital clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in veterinary or animal care preferred.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Genuine love of animals and quality service.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist clients with appointments, payments, and phone calls.
• Support veterinarians with animal handling and basic tasks.

• Maintain sanitation and inventory of the hospital.
• Assist with laboratory tasks and stock management.
