The City of Edmonton is seeking aBookings and Visitor Services Coordinator to manage facility bookings and front-counter operations for The Orange Hub and City Arts Centre in Edmonton.

You will supervise Customer Service Representatives, handle quotes, contracts, and payments, and collaborate with community partners to ensure smooth, welcoming events. This is an on-site, public-facing role with strong emphasis on service excellence.

Competenze

• Grade 12 completion or Office Administration certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of office/customer service experience in bookings with supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and manage facility bookings, space rentals, and event licenses for The Orange Hub and City Arts Centre.
• Supervise and coach front counter Customer Service Representatives.
• Respond to public inquiries and provide on-site troubleshooting.
• Manage client accounts, quotes, contracts, payments, and refunds.
• Collaborate with community partners and internal teams to maximize space usage.
