Job summary

Interpro Recycling is seeking a Processor to support vehicle intake and parts recovery. You will drain fluids, remove batteries and jacks, and extract catalytic converters, tires and rims.

You’ll help with yard maintenance, inventory, and maintaining a clean work area, while always following safety procedures. Qualifications are a high school diploma or equivalent; no experience required, though prior manufacturing or scrap-yard exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or must pass a company assessment.
• No experience required, but past work in manufacturing or scrap yards helps.
• Must have Class 5 license to drive yard vehicle.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and move in variable weather.
• Reliable transportation to a remote location.

Responsibilities

• Drain fluids from vehicles to assist vehicle processing.
• Remove batteries, jacks, catalytic converters, tires and rims.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organize parts disposal.
• Maintain vehicle inventory and records.
• Follow safety rules and report abnormalities.
