Job summary

Interpro Recycling in Winnipeg, MB, is seeking a Processor to help operate the yard, drain fluids, and remove components from vehicles. You will work under the Operations Manager, perform tasks safely, and help maintain a clean, organized work area.

No experience is required, but familiarity with manufacturing or scrap yards is a plus. A Class 5 driver's license is required, and reliable transportation is essential for this remote-location site. Strong teamwork and safety focus are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or ability to pass assessment.
• No experience required; manufacturing/scrap yard experience is asset.
• Must have Class 5 license to drive yard vehicle.
• Able to meet physical demands (standing, walking, lifting, etc.).
• Reliable transportation to and from work for a remote site.

Responsibilities

• Drain automotive fluids to assist vehicle processing.
• Remove batteries and jacks from vehicles.
• Remove catalytic converters as needed.
• Remove tires and rims from vehicles.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and inventory records.
• Observe safety rules and procedures.
