Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with customers, insurance companies, and the repair team.

You will create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell, ensure compliance with DRP requirements and manufacturer procedures, and contribute to meeting facility KPIs in a fast-paced collision repair environment. Competitive compensation applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsabilités

• Update ASE with details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and metrics.
• Uphold WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, communication and delivery.
• Communicate all customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
• Understand required Insurance programs and procedures.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings as required.
• Attend training and workshops recommended by Store Manager.
• Maximize KPIs (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT).

• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following guidelines.
