Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with DRP's.
• Familiarity with Audatex/Mitchell estimating systems.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from customer interactions.
• Guide customers through repair process with excellent service.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and processes.
• Attend daily production walks with management.
