Assured Automotive in Canada is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document repairs, liaise with customers and insurance companies, and ensure alignment with KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP's Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with pertinent details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate and timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and company procedures.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems following latest guidelines.
