Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Western and Central Canada seeks an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repair needs with insurance providers throughout the repair process.

The role requires analyzing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and supporting the team to achieve KPIs while following OEM repair procedures and using Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with collision repair estimating and DRP compliance.
• Familiarity with Audatex, Mitchell and OEM repair guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate estimates and damage appraisals for vehicles.
• Coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurers.
• Maintain KPI performance and support team in daily activities.
• Ensure ASE is updated with customer interactions and repair details.
• Use Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems per guidelines.
