Job summary

Clutch is seeking a Vehicle Capture Representative in New Westminster, BC to coordinate inventory capture across multiple storage sites. You will ensure accurate data capture, run inspections with precision, and collaborate with the wholesale team to streamline logistics. The role is on-site with a rotating weekend schedule.

We offer permanent full-time employment with wage of $22 per hour, benefits, and generous time off. Work schedule is 5 days a week with flexibility based on operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is essential for accurate captures.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities are required.
• Willingness to work 100% on-site with a rotating schedule that includes weekends.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• A clean driving record with no major infractions is required.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and upload vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in internal systems.
• Perform all vehicle inspections with high attention to detail to provide quality listings and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
• Collaborate with the wholesale department to streamline logistics and vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work at multiple storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers, providing training and guidance.

About the Role:

The Vehicle Capture Representative will oversee the coordination and optimization of inventory capture across multiple storage and facility locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory records capturing, declarations and effective collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and an eye for detail.

What you’ll do:

• Accurately capture and upload the vehicle data to internal systems.
• Maintain accurate and updated vehicle data in the internal systems.
• Perform all vehicle inspections with major attention to detail in order to provide a high quality listing for customers and minimize errors, cancelled sales and arbitration.
• Collaborate closely with the wholesale department to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficient vehicle movement between storage sites.
• Work in different storage sites, dealerships and auction sites to capture vehicles timely.
• Oversee junior vehicle capture representatives and shuttle drivers to provide training, guidance and support.

• Strong attention to detail - critical for accurate captures.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site with a rotating schedule that includes weekends
• License: Valid Class 5 driver's license.
• Driving Record: Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission.

Work schedule: 5 days/week, including weekend availability based on operational needs.
